Mask Bacterial Filtration Testing Equipment with Built-in Peristaltic Pump for Transmitting Bacterial Suspension to the Aerosol Chamber

Microbial indicators (such as Staphylococcus aureus suspension) are pumped to the spray nozzle of the aerosol generator via the peristaltic pump, while the gas source is also delivered to the spray nozzle of the aerosol generator, causing the microbial suspension to atomize in the aerosol generator and produce bacterial aerosols. The bacteria are sampled using a biological sampler and then cultured. Finally, the filtration efficiency of the mask is calculated based on the concentration of bacterial aerosols before and after filtration.

The mask bacterial filtration testing equipment has a built-in peristaltic pump used to transport bacterial suspension to the aerosol chamber. The suspension meets high-pressure gas at the spray nozzle in the aerosol chamber, generating aerosols. By comparing the bacterial aerosol concentration before and after filtration, the bacterial filtration efficiency of the mask can be determined to meet relevant standards.

During the transmission of the bacterial suspension, bacterial viability is not compromised.
