Application of Peristaltic Pumps in Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor Sterilization Systems
In hydrogen peroxide sterilization systems, peristaltic pumps are used to transport 35% hydrogen peroxide solution. The solution is injected into a vaporizer, where it is vaporized into hydrogen peroxide gas. Driven by dry air, the hydrogen peroxide gas is conveyed through pipelines into the sterilization chamber. By evenly dispersing the hydrogen peroxide gas, the air and surfaces of objects are disinfected and sterilized. After sterilization, sterile air is introduced into the sterilization chamber, and the residual hydrogen peroxide gas is catalytically decomposed into harmless oxygen and water, which are discharged from the chamber.

Recommended product: OEM-WX10 peristaltic pump, which is compact in size and features a snap-in panel installation, allowing it to be directly mounted and fixed in the sterilization system. The system can linearly adjust the pump flow through 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-10kHz signals, or communication commands, so that the amount of hydrogen peroxide solution can be adjusted according to the size of the disinfection and sterilization space. This ensures that sterilization requirements are met while preventing corrosion of the sterilized facilities caused by excessive hydrogen peroxide gas.
