Application Description

In the automated production line of baked goods, a 6-group peristaltic pump filling system, paired with YZ15 pump heads, forms a 24-channel flavor oil injection system. During the production process, it evenly applies food flavor oils onto the food to be processed. The peristaltic pump filling system's high-precision liquid distribution ensures that the products on the production line meet the quality and R&D process standards, while the automated linkage control function helps users achieve efficient production.

Application Requirements

1. The flavor oil injection system needs to simultaneously apply the same volume of food flavor oil evenly to 24 pieces of food.

2. Each channel distributes 0.3 ml of flavor oil per time, with an accuracy requirement of ±2% and a time requirement of 1 second.

3. The flavor oil injection system must be integrated with the overall automated production line control and be able to automatically start/stop the distribution of flavor oil according to the production process.

4. Prevent dripping of flavor oil to reduce waste.
