  •   Selection Strategy

      1. Confirm the required flow rate (mL/min) and the number of pipelines to be conveyed.

      2. Confirm the usage scenario – it can be used directly or in conjunction with equipment, controlled via RS485 or external signals.

      3. Parameter display – digital tubes only show speed; LCD screens display flow rate, speed, and other calibration parameters; touch screens display flow rate, speed, and other programming or configuration parameters.

      4. Liquid composition – affects the choice of tubing. For conventional fluids, platinum-cured silicone tubing is recommended; for corrosive fluids, imported tubing is recommended.

      Considerations when selecting a driver:

      - Flow rate – the higher the driver speed, the greater the flow; select an appropriate driver based on the reference flow rate.

      - Control method – options include fixed speed, adjustable speed, adjustable speed with flow correction (for precise flow control), adjustable speed with flow distribution (quantitative distribution), and external signal control, among others.

      - Parameter display – choices include digital tubes, LCD screens, and touch screens.

      - Protection – depending on the usage environment, consider the sealing, dust-proof, and waterproof requirements for the driver.

      Considerations when selecting a pump head:

      - Flow rate – select an appropriate pump head according to the reference flow rate.

      - Tubing replacement frequency – except for OEM series products, most pump heads meet the requirements for quick tubing replacement.

      - Suitable number of channels – for multi-channel requirements, you can choose a multi-channel pump head or connect pump heads in series.

      - Chemical resistance – consider the impact of fluid overflow on pump head materials.

      Considerations when selecting tubing:

      - Flow rate – refer to the tubing’s reference flow rate curve.

      - Chemical resistance – select the material of the tubing accordingly.

      - Fluid temperature – different materials perform differently at various temperatures.

      - Suction requirements – high-performance tubing should be selected if suction requirements exist.

      - Tubing lifespan – the lifespan varies depending on usage conditions; for example, BPT tubing is nearly 30 times more durable than domestic silicone tubing.

  •   Regarding Delivery Time

      Peristaltic pumps, syringe pumps, micro plunger pumps, domestically produced silicone tubing, and other series of products are mostly in stock and can be shipped within 48 hours;

      Filling machines, filling systems, and other products are usually made to order, with relatively low inventory. The delivery time is about 1–2 weeks, with a small portion in stock;

      Common models of imported hose series products are stocked; due to the impact of international logistics on imported hoses, under special circumstances, the delivery time is about 1–4 weeks;

      Note: All peristaltic pump series products require 3 days of continuous operation and aging before leaving the factory to ensure a lower failure rate and allow customers to use them with confidence.

      Regarding After-Sales

      Warranty is one year (excluding consumables; improper use or human damage is not covered)

      For special situations caused by selection or actual application, such as flow differences, usage environment, or personal reasons, products can be directly exchanged by contacting customer service, as long as it does not affect secondary sales.
